About Potentially Tragic

We’re a Canadian clothing brand out of Toronto Canada, with most of our designs being related to or otherwise based on memes. If you use Tiktok, you’re likely familiar with many of our designs, or at least aware of what they reference.

Q. Does Potentially Tragic sell internationally? 

Yes, we do! While Canada is our target demographic, hence why all of our store is shown in Canadian dollars, we will also ship everything out internationally! From Japan to England, and everywhere in between.

Q. Does Potentially Tragic overcharge on shipping?

No, we do not. All of our shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout. The actual shipping cost may change depending on product, and carrier availability. This is our actual cost of shipping, and is in no way inflated to maximize profit.

Q. What payment methods does Potentially Tragic provide?

PayPal is our primary payment gateway, though we also plan to add Stripe support within the near future, for better credit card processing, and to enable Apple Pay.

Q. Does Potentially Tragic primarily sell on Facebook?

Yes, our entire marketing and advertising strategy is to use Facebook Ads.

Q. Are Potentially Tragic’s designs original?

While our designs may be based off of something else, usually a meme or a reference we found on Tiktok, they are all hand drawn by us!

Q. Does Potentially Tragic have a returns policy?

Yes, but only for items that are damaged or mislabeled. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, the wrong shirt, or have some level of buyer’s remorse, we will not be able to refund or replace the shirt. However, if your shirt was damaged, either in printing or during shipping, we will freely send you a replacement. Contact our support for more information.

Q. I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for another?

Unfortunately not, no. As mentioned above, we will not provide any kind of return or replacement item for something that is undamaged. Please be sure to closely follow our sizing guide, which you can find attached to each and every product that we sell. Typically though, you can order your normal size, and our shirts should fit you fine. (for North American sizing)

Q. What if I enter the wrong address? Can I fix this?

If you entered the wrong shipping address when placing your order, you’ll need to get in contact with us immediately to have this resolved. If your product has already shipped out, and the delivery was marked as failed by the carrier, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

Q. What if the carrier lost my shirt in transit? 

If you entered the correct address and any other relevant shipping details, but your shirt did not arrive by the estimated delivery date, and the tracking information provides no further insights into where your package is, we strongly suggest contacting the carrier for support first. If they report back that your package was lost in transit, reach out with us, and we’ll usually send you a free replacement.
